Plot:
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 continues the thrilling saga with Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails reuniting to face the formidable new villain, Shadow the Hedgehog. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is directed by Jeff Fowler, who returns to direct after having directed the first two films in the series. The screenplay was written by Pat Casey, Josh Miller, and John Whittington, with a story by Casey and Miller. It is inspired by the popular Sonic games like Sonic Adventure 2 in 2001 and Shadow the Hedgehog in 2005, but brings in fresh and exciting elements for the Hedgehog 3 movie that will thrill fans both old and new. The film also marks the long-awaited voice debut of Keanu Reeves as the voice of Shadow, an iconic character from the Sonic universe.
Production & Filming:
The animation work on Hedgehog 3 started in July 2023, and the principal photography was done in London from November 2023. Production team members, like cinematographer Brandon Trost, worked hard for this film after delays by the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike, so that this movie will come alive with eye-captivating visuals and full action sequences.
